• Fast WIFI (with wired points in each office) is available via our dedicated gigabyte leased-line - from £40 per month - with no set up costs. Alternatively - Tenants may make their own arrangements for wifi with BT or whoever.

• Office access is 24-7.

• The Office lease includes, office heating and electricity and the cleaning of communal areas.

• Parking Spaces - are granted on a yearly licence - £1000 per space - as available.

• Voice over IP telecoms are available via our partners Communicate.

• Leases are granted outside of the Landlord and Tennant Act 1954.
